This past summer, we designed and produced a colorful, vibrant rooftop wedding at Morgan’s On Fulton. With a gorgeous skyline view, and a beautiful summer day, this rooftop wedding showcased Chicago summer weddings at its finest! In addition to the colorful blooms, we incorporated an assortment of citrus fruits & peaches.
For Katy & Seth’s Rooftop Wedding, they chose a stunning vibrant color palette including pink, lavender, peach, orange & yellow. Katy’s bouquet was a loose & organic stunner. It included lavender delphinium, peach garden roses, delicate white astilbe, purple stock, white calsynia, pink garden roses, and sweet lavender herbs. It looked as effortless & chic as if we had just scooped up the most perfect blooms from the garden & whisked them together into one massive bouquet.
For their Jewish ceremony, we adorned a simple gold metal Chuppah with an abundance of wild smilax and finely textured blooms. The couple’s colorful Tallit covered the top of the Chuppah.
After Katy & Seth exchanged vows, they and their guest’s were off to Morgan’s on Fulton where they ate, drank, and danced the night away under twinkling lights & stars. To let the city skyline really shine, we adorned the long rectangular tables with lush garlands of salal peppered with brightly colored blooms & fruits. Vibrant roses, peach stock, lavender delphinium, white phlox, and white calsynia adorned the garlands while candles & votives created a romantic glow to the tables. Hope you enjoy the photos below of Katy & Seth’s West Loop Wedding from this past summer especially on a cold day like today (-15 here in Chicago!).
