Chicago isn’t known for its beautiful weather. It can be unpredictable and at times, tumultuous. But that makes a perfect summer day in Chicago all the more invited! July 7th, 2018 was one of those quintessential summer days that any Chicago Bride dreams of when planning an outdoor wedding in the summer. Not too hot, not too humid, no rain, just overall pleasant. The setting: Chicago Botanic Garden’s McGinley Pavilion. The occasion: Love. The theme: beautiful flowers EVERYWHERE! Here at Life In Bloom, there are few things that we love more than a good wedding at The Chicago Botanic Gardens. With the lush landscape surrounding McGinley Pavillion, it is our job to complement the setting. We thought the perfect way to do that was by bringing that lush feeling of the gardens into the tent. So we did that by creating a large floral ring that hung over the dance floor. Next, we placed a small bud vase of mini blooms at each guest’s place-setting. Lastly, we covered the tables in lush romantic floral arrangements with pops of hot and soft shades of pink. Now don’t take our word for it.
