Life in Bloom’s Favorite Wedding Trends

Top three trends we are loving here at Life in Bloom are Ombre, Pattern, and Fresh Floral Accessories.

Ombre

All about Color.  Ombre is a super popular trend right now.  If you aren’t daring enough to go with an ombre dress, how about an ombre cake?  I absolutely LOVE this cake featured on the left, so pretty!

Pattern

Incorporating patterns into your wedding or party is a nice way to add some interest.  This can be in the form of a table runner, napkin, or even a custom candle decal.  Patterns are a great way to bring in color and texture to your event without needing to add a lot of floral.   This table runner on the right looks adorable with the polka dot napkins and white cylinders.  Simple yet stately.  Don’t be afraid to mix different patterns and textures when planning your wedding or holiday party!

Fresh Floral Accessories

Unique statement jewelry.  These accessories can come in the form of a floral headpiece, floral necklace, hair flower, ring, you name it.  Fresh flower accessories are becoming more and more popular for brides.  We have had many brides request fresh flowers for their weddings in lieu of a veil.  A simple headband of flowers can also be a nice substitute for flower girls.  These floral necklaces are just stunning below.  What do you think?  Would you wear a floral headpiece or a floral necklace?
