Italian Wedding Vibes at The Dalcy

Abigail & Riley’s wedding at The Dalcy was nothing short of a fairytale. Life In Bloom transformed the space into a lush paradise resembling an Italian countryside, with olive greenery and impressive florals cascading from every corner. The ceremony was a dream, as our team adorned more than 80% of the venue with an abundance of olive, cotoneaster, cineria and other seasonal foliages creating an immersive experience as if strolling through a vibrant Italian countryside. A circular stage, a first for the venue, added a unique touch to the ceremony space creating a focal point that guests couldn’t take their eyes off. The curved aisle was lined with lush pockets of botanicals creating a true intimacy to the event.

As the evening unfolded, Abigail & Riley said “I do” and the venue was flipped into a Tuscan oasis, complete with string lights overhead that cast a warm glow over the long family-style tables. Stone accents added to the ambience, transporting guests to a serene Mediterranean setting. Designer and Life In Bloom owner, Rachel Wyffels outdid herself. The focal of the reception was the truly incredible band backdrop installation. As guests danced the night away, they were surrounded by the lush greenery adding to the enchanting atmosphere of the celebration. Asymmetrically designed with a lavish display of olive branches, tall cotoneaster, cineria and other seasonal foliage, the backdrop created a mesmerizing focal that cohesively brought the design together. The hints of white florals were breathtaking, weaving seamlessly into the natural beauty of the greenery throughout the entire event. Amidst the splendor of nature, Abigail & Rileys wedding celebration was truly one for the books.
