Elegant and Festive Holiday Wedding at The Chicago Club

Although we are inching into spring designs, we’re definitely not over Claire and Kevin’s festive wedding at The Chicago Club! Elements of bright red ranunculus, crisp cedar and plaid black watch undertones elevated our brides festive, holiday themed wedding vision.

The Details

The whole event was a stunning display of beauty and elegance. The ceremony, held in the Mezzanine Lounge, truly set the tone for a romantic evening to follow. Christmas trees glowed in the background and an aisle of brightly lit candles created the most intimate and cheerful ceremony.

The display of vibrant floral arrangements and the illumination from an abundance of candles invited the guests into a romantic atmosphere for dinner. We created a mix of low lush centerpieces to balance the tall focal points which were equally beautiful and eye catching. In addition to the beautiful floral, the tablescapes that were clustered with collections of floating candles and votives accentuated the romantic ambiance throughout the evening.

The reception that followed was nothing short of magical. The Chicago Club had such an authentic and unique environment that turned our brides dream into a realistic vision. One of the most fun requests from our bride… The bar. By hanging over 100 ornaments, our team turned The Chicago Club Library Bar into Butch McGuires 2.0! This was the perfect place for our bride and groom, along with many friends to reminisce throughout the evening.

The Reception

As cocktail hour concluded, guests transitioned back into a transformed Mezzanine Lounge. While at dinner, our team was working to lay a customized dance floor and repurpose the ceremony decor around the room. Furthermore, we topped our planter boxes with an assortment of fluttering candles and kept the Christmas trees lit to relish in the festive cheer.

This wedding was a perfect way to close out our 2022 season. Although we are absolutely loving the sunshine Chicago has been giving us and cant wait for the upcoming season, we are still day dreaming about Claire and Kevin’s romantic Holiday Wedding at the Chicago Club.
